I have had a career as a content creator and leader of the creative process. Most recently I was Production Manager for Cox Media Virginia, and was responsible for coaching and leading a team of experienced producers. During our time together, the quality of the work drastically improved, and I developed ways to motivate the team in a positive and aspirational manner.

In designing content that calls others to action, the emphasis is always on the needs and aspirations of intended audience, which requires some time to understand. Our emphasis has been on telling a clear and compelling story. Our team earned dozens of awards including the CAB Award of Excellence, Telly and ADDY Awards.

In a previous life, I worked in public broadcasting and other media as a writer-producer, director, and creative manager. I have created numerous websites, blog articles, love letters and shopping lists. I take pride in my track record in coaching people, developing their talents and helping them extend the limits of their vision. And in writing clear, compelling copy that gets the job done.
